1. Delivery Areas

We offer flower delivery across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates.

For deliveries outside Abu Dhabi, contact us directly at whatsapp +971 561703270.

2. Delivery Times

Same-Day Delivery: Order must be placed before 2 PM United Arab Emirates Local Time. Delivery between 5PM-10PM

Next-Day & Future Deliveries: Available at checkout – select your preferred delivery date.

We deliver between:  10:00 AM – 03:00 PM and 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM

3. Delivery Fees

Local delivery fee: 35.00 AED

Free delivery for orders over 500.00 AED

4. Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. If no one is home:

A delivery attempt notice will be left, and re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

5. Special Instructions

You can add notes during checkout (e.g., gate codes, apartment numbers, delivery times).

We’ll do our best to accommodate time-specific requests but cannot guarantee exact timing.

6. Hospital, Hotel & Business Deliveries

Please provide complete recipient info (room number, business name, contact).

We are not responsible for deliveries refused or redirected by front desks or staff.
7. Weather Delays & Holidays

Severe weather may cause delays. We will notify you of any rescheduling.

Delivery may be limited on major holidays. Order early to ensure availability.

8. Substitution Policy

If a specific flower or container is unavailable, we may substitute with equal or higher value items while maintaining overall style and color.
